Fess Little Noses Saline Nasal Drops is non-medicated saline irrigation that provides relief of dry or blocked noses due to colds, allergies, sinusitis or dry air. The Fess Little Noses Saline Nasal Drops contains sodium chloride in a concentration of 9mg/ml and a preservative (benzalkonium chloride). Fess Little Noses Saline Nasal Drops does not contain alcohol.

• Lie baby on back and tilt head back
• Gently remove excess mucus
• Hold the bottle upside down and squeeze drops into each nostril
• Hold baby in this position for 1-2 minutes to give the saline time to thin the mucus
