How to use
Store in a cool place away from direct sunlight. If honey consistency is hard, warm to soften. Consume within 12 weeks of opening. Skin Care: Apply Manuka honey directly to the skin for at least 15 minutes. Be sure to cover the affected area with a thin layer of honey. Digestion and immunology: Eat 1 to 2 tablespoons of Manuka honey each day (Straight or added it to your food) Wound care: Apply the honey to a bandage. Then apply the bandage to the wound.
